Choose a Section
Choose a section which will fit your needs in terms of location, size and orientation. Alternatively, our team can help you find a section that will take into account site contour, aspect and zoning for maximum value.
Create a Concept
You can choose from one of our standard plans or we can work with you to create a concept design in the style of home that’s within your budget. If you have a preferred architect, we can work with them to come up with a unique design that suits your exact tastes.
Quote and Contract
Our team will work out a quote based on the concept design your choose, working within your budget requirements. Once our quotation is accepted and the contract is signed we will submit the necessary paperwork to obtain your building concent.
Hand Over
Once construction is completed, we will apply for the Code of Compliance Certificate for you and complete all final inspections prior to handing over your new property. Once all certifications have been obtained, we will hand over the keys to your new home.
